Daiquiri
Whether it’s for your partner or a group of friends, this classic cocktail will go down a treat.
Ingredients:
- 60mL White Rum
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml – 20ml Sugar Syrup, to taste
- Lime peel, to garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Add the White Rum, lime juice and Sugar Syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe
- Garnish with the lime.
