Ingredients:
- 30mL Dark Rum (like Baron Samedi Dark Spiced Rum 700mL)
- 20mL Lime juice
- Ginger Beer, to top
- Lime wedges
- Ice
Method:
- Add ice to tall glass.
- Pour in Dark Rum,
- Add the lime juice.
- Fill glass to the top with Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with a lime wedge
