Dirty Martini

Whether it’s for your partner or a group of friends, this classic cocktail will go down a treat.

Ingredients:

  • 60mL gin
  • 10mL vermouth
  • 10mL Olive Brine
  • Green olives, to garnish
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Muddle the Gin, Vermouth and olives in a tall glass
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir.
  3. Strain into a martini glass
