Whether it’s for your partner or a group of friends, this classic cocktail will go down a treat.

Ingredients:

  • 20mL White Rum
  • 20mL Dark Rum
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml orange curacao
  • 15ml orgeat syrup
  • Pineapple wedge, to garnish
  • Cherries, to garnish
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Add White Rum and Dark Rum, orange curacao, orgeat syrup, lime juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake to blend.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Strain drink into glass.
  5. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge.
