Mojito

Making the perfect cocktail is easier than you think, which is why we’ve put together a few of our favourites to get you going. All you need to do is grab the ingredients and get mixing!

Ingredients:

Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp granulated sugar
60ml White Rum
Soda Water, to taste
Small handful mint leaves, plus extra sprig to serve
Crushed ice

Method:

Muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a small jug, crushing the mint as you go
Pour over the White Rum, stirring with a long-handled spoon.
Top up with Soda Water
Garnish with mint and serve.
