So Michael Weldon is cooking Crispy Beer Batter Fish Tacos
Ingredients
8 pieces of White Fish
1 cup plain flour, plus extra for dusting
1tsp baking powder
Smithy’s Premium Lager
Pineapple Salsa
½ pineapple, diced
1 red onion diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 jalapeno diced
¼ bunch coriander, sliced fine
1 lime
Sea salt
Crema
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 lime, juice
1tsp green chilli sauce(optional)
Sunflower oil for frying
To serve
White Cabbage, shaved
Flour or corn tortillas
Method
